Add APHL as an Email Safe Sender

We often communicate with our members through email. To make sure you don’t miss information on APHL events, trainings and membership opportunities, add us as a safe sender domain in your email platform.

Don't Miss Out

Add Our Domains, Get Your Emails

To ensure that our emails make it to your inbox—not trapped in your junk or spam folder—it may be necessary to manually add APHL to a safe sender list.

Please take the following steps in your email platform of choice:

  1. Check Your Spam Filter: Make sure that emails from APHL are not being sorted into your spam folder.
  2. Add APHL to Safe Sender List: Add @aphl.org and @send.aphl.org as safe sender domains in your email software (e.g., Outlook). If your organization uses a company-wide spam-filtering service, you may need to add these domains to that safe sender list as well. This might require assistance from your IT department to add us as a "safe sender."

Follow the instructions below for different email platforms:

  1. Open the email
  2. Click the three dots, and then click Add to Safe senders
  3. Click OK
  1. Click Address Book
  2. Click New and choose New Contact
  3. Add the email address and any additional information
  4. Click Save.

  2. Select Create Contact on the top menu
  3. Enter the email address in the primary email box
  4. Select Save
